Fuck the conferences that extend the due date for abstracts when I'm nearly finished with mine. WTF! As if I don't have other things to work on! Like reading! And research!
And now I'm angry and can't concentrate. I wonder if I can convince the Starbucks chick for another round. Nothing like some good lovin to clear up the Woodster's mind a bit. Except I don't think I got her name...or her number for that matter... |

http://www.americanidiotonbroadway.com/Am I the only one still confused about this? I have free tickets for tonight's showing but not really sure if watching disillusioned teens dancing around trying to find meaning in life is worth giving up valuable hours that could be spent applying for scholarships. Like oh my God, American Idiot as an album was so profound! Fuck the president! Look at how against the system we are! How 2004 of you, Broadway. Nevermind that I used to blast that album in my car every day senior year and used to be one of those teens. Also, this policy memo on health care makes me think this bill that just passed isn't going to make much change at all. Way to puss out on the public option, Obama. |

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/music_blog/2010/02/an-allstar-we-are-the-world-remake-for-haiti-relief.htmlCelebrities are useless. Famine in Africa? Let MJ and Lionel Richie write a song! AIDS slash 9/11? Let's remake a Marvin Gaye that was intended to talk about the Vietnam War! Haiti has an earthquake? Let's remake a song that was for an entirely different purpose! Because we all know Lil' Wayne and T-Pain are big humanitarians! God. What is the matter with this world? Instead of trying to rebuild infrastructure and getting their asses over there for recovery, they sing songs and think it'll make a whole century of government corruption all better. Yes, throw money at it, that'll SURELY make it so Haiti is prepared for the next natural disaster! |

So called facts are fraud They want us to allege and pledge And bow down to their God Lost the culture, the culture lost Spun our minds and through time Ignorance has taken over Yo, ( we gotta take the power back! ) |
